1. Wet your hair thoroughly.
2. Squeeze a small amount into your palm - about the size of a quarter.
3. Work it into your scalp first, then through the lengths.
4. Rinse until the water runs completely clear.
5. Follow with Conditioner No. 02 for the full routine.

One bottle lasts 2-3 months. You need less than you think.
